Position: Talent Acquisition Support

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on
  Home Business (Direct/indirect)
• Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
• Shortlist and schedule interviews
• Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill
  councils
• Offer processing in hiring portal, preboarding, joining and
  documentation

Education Requirement :

• Graduate in any discipline ( PG or Diploma in HR preferred)

Experience Requirement :

• 1 - 3 years in mass recruitment

Skills & Competencies :

• Knowledge of job portals
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Speak local language
• Target orientation
