Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Strong Academic Background: MA in English/Kannada or M.Sc. in Sciences- Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry, B, E / MTech, B.Ed. / M.Ed. – Any specialization

• Knowledge of NCERT and DSERT curriculum, Science Pedagogy
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Passion for Education and social change and Willingness to learn & work in Govt School space.
• Excellent communication & Documentation skills in both Kannada and English are mandatory.
• Being sensible and reflective Ability to collaborate with Officers of the education dept and internal team members towards attainment of both individual and collective team goals.
• Strong analytical skills. working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power point, word is necessary.
• Ability to Travel frequently is mandatory. Most of the travel will be to Education Offices in district and Blocks and sometimes to Cluster level Centres and Schools.
