Educational Qualifications:-

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

M.E/M.Tech in Structural Engineering

Job Description:-

• Ability to work independently and as a team player

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

• Individual leadership: self-motivated, ownership, timeline commitment, discipline, etc.

• Responsible for Structural analysis and design of steel structures

• Responsible for Structural analysis and design of water structures

• Responsible for review of Vendor documents, Interdisciplinary check (IDC) documents.

• Ability to lead a team of draftsmen.

• Safety and rigorous adherence to relevant specifications and standards for all Engineering Deliverables.

• Review/check design & drawings necessary for project execution.

• Other civil designs – equipment foundations like pumps, static & dynamic equipment, pipe rack foundations, civil pipe supports, miscellaneous foundations, etc.

Leadership Competence:

• Proactive towards identifying the issues and solving the problems

• Effective communication

Skill Set:-

• Ability to make effective presentations on regular updates & critical issues

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of global personnel

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret the engineering documents (drawings, engineering specifications).

• Ability to respond timely & effectively to critical inquiries / technical issues or complaints.
