Job Description

Managing inventory: 
Monitoring stock levels
Implementing policies

Managing schedules: Preparing and managing store schedules 
Analyzing performance: Monitoring and analyzing store performance 
Meeting sales goals: Meeting sales targets and goals

Responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of store staff and ensure that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and avoid stockouts.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Train and develop store staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to implement promotional activities and ensure proper stock replenishment.
Manage cash handling procedures, including reconciling the cash register and preparing daily sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide a competitive edge to the store.
Implement and enforce safety and security measures to protect employees, customers, and store assets.
