FRONT CUSTOMER DEALING ON THE SHOP , INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMER AND GIVE THEM PRODUCTS ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS & DEMAND.
Maintain good relations with customers as they feel comfortable shopping with us.
TIMMING: 10AM TO 9PM (CAN BE ADJUSTED ACC TO SALARY).
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage merchandise displays and ensure that the retail space is well-organized.
Track and manage inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in retail sales is a plus.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
