The main work is to manage the store, check outgoing parcels, and print shipping labels. 

Taking feedback from existing customers 

Maintaining a record of current prescriptions and reminding the patients before the next delivery date for the order

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Coordinate with the marketing team to drive promotions and store traffic

Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve sales targets

Monitor inventory levels and order new products as necessary

Implement company policies and safety protocols

Prepare and manage store budgets and financial records

Analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
