Schedule shifts and manage timekeeping records for staff.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure that all customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitor and optimize laundry processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
