Stations opening: For stations running for only 2 Shifts, ensure the station is opening at 06.30 AM. Ensure that all the necessary equipment (Mechanical & Electrical) are working in good condition and turning them on. For stations running 24X7, ensure that he is collecting cash from the previous shift supervisor and capture the dispenser shift opening reading and maintain the denomination wise cash as per the sales reported.

Opening reading of the dispensers: Take the clear picture of the opening reading of the dispense and note it for the day.

Dip Scale reading: Check the ALPG stock status and ensure that the same is sent to all the concerned so that proper stock planning is done to avoid a dry out situation.

Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping is done and cleanliness is maintained before the start of the shift.

FB Management: Ensure that FBs as per the shift are coming on time and start their respective activities.

Cash Management: Reconcile cash collection of the previous day sales. Ensure that those are maintained the same denomination wise and prepare for bank deposit.

Fore court Sales management: During the entire day ensure that he is interacting with all the customers and getting their feedback & increasing the customer engagement.

Competition Bird Eye view: Visit nearby competition stations and collect relevant market information and pass it to the management for better market insight.

Illegal filling point information: Ensure that with his good offices and market presence he is collecting information about illegal filling points and the same is shared with the concerned team for further action.

Customer engagement from the field: Ensure that he is visiting the market daily and speak to nearby auto stand and create an engagement with the customers from the field.

Unloading: Ensure that unloading of ALPG is happening in his presence. He has to accompany the tanker for weighing before unloading and after unloading again go and do the weighing. Maintain regular logs of the same and on a timely basis share it with the management.

Sales activities: Ensure the schemes floated are implemented and are marketed to the entire customer base.

Branding: Interact with the concerned authorities in the branding team and ensure the station's branding is up to date.

Shift end: At the shift end capture the dispenser reading and collect cash from the FBs and maintain denomination wise cash in hand information.
