Job Description

We are looking to employ a qualified and professional staff nurse to provide primary healthcare within our organization. The staff nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, as well as planning of care and subsequent recovery.

Qualification: DGNM Or B.Sc. Nursing With Tamil Nadu Nursing Council Registration.

Staff Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care.

Assist with the continuous development of staff.

Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.

Treat emergency injuries.

Develop programs to maintain health and safety.

Identify work-related risks.

Document all injuries and illnesses

Administer medications and treatments to patients.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Assist doctors during examinations and surgeries.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Manage medical supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
