Job Description

Patient care: Providing a direct patient care and ensuring the comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures
Nursing staff management: Recruiting, training, and managing nursing staff, including ensuring they follow safety procedures
Administrative duties: Creating and distributing the schedules, monitoring patient records, and delivering reports to the facility head
Infection control: Implementing and tracking the infection control programs to ensure a clean environment
Communication: Communicating with nursing teams, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
Teamwork: Participating in team-building exercises and maintaining cooperative relationships with other health care teams
Emergency situations: Being able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
