Job Description: To develop and manage the company’s business in Construction market through Distributors and Channel Partners by maximizing sales opportunities on promoting the full range of strizelo's product range by developing and implement a marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Presentation during seminars for influencers / applicator/distributor meets on system application Project Management and quality assurance and implementation.
Create a Better Penetration of entire Geography to tap entire allocated Area. Distribution/ channel partners activities.
Achieve sales and market profitability by Driving, monitoring, guiding and supporting including overall Product management.
Manage sales at existing accounts and develop new business within assigned territory.
2. Gain customer support and acceptance by engaging in technical discussions to determine requirements and expectations, then effectively explore product and service solutions.
3. Influence and gain alignment with both external and internal key decision makers and influencers at all levels of an organization. Periodically visit customer sites as needed.
Develop and deliver on a region sales plan. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
4. Manage assigned sales budgets in a timely and effective manner by monitoring and working within established budgets.
a. Implement pricing strategies. Identify, develop and close new business using tools such as LinkedIn, to include:
b. Cold calling, market research and lead sourcing through verbal and written communication, determine business requirements and expectations.
