Sr. Data Analyst

Qualifications:

BS degree in an IT-related field

3-4 years of progressive research, or analytics experience

Strong analytical skills, and understanding of performance measurement principles, and experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to the analysis of organizational performance, operations, and budgeting

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to apply these skills independently and broadly to meet dynamic analytical requirements

Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Access and Excel, and experience with other business software deemed valuable

Significant knowledge of Tableau and ability to create Tableau dashboards, Power Bi, etc...

Understanding of basic SQL functionality

Desired Requirements:

5 years of experience in performance measurement and technology experience in the practice of analytics with the Intelligence Community (IC) or the Department of Defense (DoD)

Expert in Tableau application

Intermediate to advance expertise in program language SQL and Python level coding

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to apply these skills independently and broadly to meet dynamic analytical requirements

Experience utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies

Exposure to Oracle administration

Intermediate experience in SQL Developer

Familiar with AWS cloud concepts
