Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments.

Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the treatment areas.

Assess clients' needs and provide suitable treatment recommendations.

Maintain detailed records of each client's treatments, preferences, and health conditions.

Ensure that all spa equipment and products are properly maintained and stocked.

Offer advice on skin care and wellness practices to clients.

Up-sell spa services and retail products to clients.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or a related field.

Previous experience working in a luxury spa or wellness center.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Knowledge of the latest spa treatments and products.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
