Job Description

A soft skills trainer's job is to develop and deliver training programs that help people and teams improve their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other business skills
  • Creating training content: Collaborating with leaders to create training content, including presentations, handouts, and case studies 
  • Assessing needs: Evaluating the needs of individuals and organizations, and identifying their strengths and weaknesses 
  • Developing lesson plans: Creating lesson plans and selecting learning resources to help people achieve learning outcomes 
  • Delivering training: Conducting training sessions and ensuring that trainees make progress 
  • Monitoring effectiveness: Tracking the effectiveness of training materials and asking for feedback 
  • Providing support: Offering post-training support and follow-up sessions 
  • Reporting: Documenting training progress and reporting it to the operations team 
  • Motivating: Encouraging and motivating the team to improve their performance
