Job Description
A soft skills trainer's job is to develop and deliver training programs that help people and teams improve their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other business skills
- Creating training content: Collaborating with leaders to create training content, including presentations, handouts, and case studies
- Assessing needs: Evaluating the needs of individuals and organizations, and identifying their strengths and weaknesses
- Developing lesson plans: Creating lesson plans and selecting learning resources to help people achieve learning outcomes
- Delivering training: Conducting training sessions and ensuring that trainees make progress
- Monitoring effectiveness: Tracking the effectiveness of training materials and asking for feedback
- Providing support: Offering post-training support and follow-up sessions
- Reporting: Documenting training progress and reporting it to the operations team
- Motivating: Encouraging and motivating the team to improve their performance
