Job Title: Social Media Marketing Research Intern

Location: Kharadi, Pune 

Type: Full-time | work form office

Stipend: INR 12,000/- per month (CTC)

Duration: 6 months

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timing: 10 AM To 7 PM(including 1 hour break)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on social media trends, user behavior, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and insights.
• Monitor and analyze social media channels, track performance metric.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies based on market research findings.
• Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns, including content creation and scheduling.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor activities.
• Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness and foster positive relationships.
• Support in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing social media strategies based on research findings.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media marketing and a solid understanding of major social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
