About the internship
NOTE: This is an in-person role in Bangalore.
Primary expectation - we expect you to work with the co-founder to figure out how to reach maximum number of users organically and completely own the organic social media strategy
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives.
Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram while working closely with our videographer, graphic designers and video editor.
Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
Foster community engagement by initiating and participating in discussions, contests, and user-generated content campaigns.
Track and analyze social media performance using key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion, and audience growth.
Identify potential social media influencers and collaborate with them to amplify our brand's reach and credibility.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiating agreements and monitoring campaign success.

We are a small team working together 6 days a week.
We work between 11am to 7pm
