Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who is skilled in both photography and videography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our target audience. You will also create and curate high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, that aligns with our brand’s message.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring regular posts and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement, follower growth, and reach.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to maintain customer relationships.
Photography & Videography:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for product launches, events, campaigns, and social media content.
- Edit and produce visually appealing content using industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok) and long-form videos for platforms like YouTube.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop and curate original, compelling, and on-brand visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop creative ideas for campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and apply them to content creation.
Campaign Development & Promotion:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Work with paid ads specialists to optimize content for sponsored posts and campaigns.
Brand Consistency & Voice:
- Ensure all social media content maintains a consistent voice, tone, and aesthetic aligned with our brand.
- Develop unique content strategies for each platform to cater to specific audience preferences.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and coordinate campaigns.
- Coordinate with external influencers, photographers, and videographers when needed.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in graphic design and animation.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
