Job Description

Social media manager's job is to create and implement strategies to promote a brand's products or services on social media. They are responsible for the company's social media strategy, which includes:

Planning: Developing campaigns and managing a content calendar
Creating: Writing and visual content, or getting it developed, for multiple platforms
Posting: Publishing content across social media accounts
Engaging: Interacting with customers on different channels, building communities, and responding to comments
Analyzing: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like likes and link clicks, and analyzing trends and competitor performance
Staying up to date: Keeping track of the latest social media trends
