Job Designation: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

1. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

2. Develop, implement and manage client's social media strategy after conducting competitive research, and audience identification.

3. Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand

4. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

5. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn

6. Capture and analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

7. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

8. Organic Marketing on Social Network

9. Paid Marketing on Social Network

10. Track Ad campaigns, evaluate ROI, and optimize the campaign accordingly to improve ROI, including Understanding existing and new social platforms.

11. Build the visibility of client's social content with page optimization techniques on social media

12. Prepare monthly reports

13. Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media

Qualification: Graduate
Location of Job: Bhogal, New Delhi (work from office)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm

Experience: 3-6 Years

Annual Salary: INR-3,60,000 to INR- 4,80,000or depends on experience
