Job Location: Hajipur, Patna
Experience - 1+ in similar roles, preferably a graduate.
Experience in social media promotion will be added advantage.
Remuneration: Negotiable based on skills and
qualification.
Key Responsibilities
1.Promoting activities and events and new
offerings on social media platforms.
2.Designing, curating, editing and publishing
engaging graphic content for social media platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
3.Following social media trends to implement
strategies for optimizing content reach and impact
4.Performing research on current benchmark
trends and audience preferences
5.Designing and implementing of social media
strategy to increase Social Media Visibility
6.Managing and overseeing the organization’s
social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LInkedin, Twitter and YouTube)
including but not limited to scheduling posts, communicating with followers,
responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics
7.Generating narratives for newsletters, and
other written assignments within project specifications and deadlines
8.Monitoring Search Engine Optimization and
website traffic metrics
9.Tracking and analyzing content performance
metrics to assess engagement, reach, and impact
10.Utilizing insights to refine content
strategies for continuous improvement
11.Collaborating with the communication teams
to create cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
12. Implementing new features to develop brand
awareness, like promotions and competitions.
13. Staying up-to-date with current
technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
14. Client engagement, noting concerns and suggestions and taking immediate steps for resolution.
15. Grievance redressal, routing tickets to concern
departments and updating of closure records.
Skills and Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree preferably in
Communications, Journalism, Visual Communication or a related field.
2.A minimum of 1 years of experience in Social
Media Management is preferred
3.Strong understanding of social media
platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
4.Sound knowledge of SEO, keyword research and
Google Analytics
5.Excellent creative and conceptual thinking
skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
6.Knowledge of online marketing channels
7.Familiarity with web design
8.Ability to deliver creative content (text,
image and video)
9.Strong attention to detail
10.Ability to meet tight deadlines
11.Exceptional written, communication and
copywriting skills
12.Experience in handling a camera and a good
visual sense
13. Well versed in MS Office applications.
14.Ready to immediately serve at desired location.
