We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Basic Editing Specialist. This role is crucial in managing our online presence across various platforms and ensuring content is engaging and visually appealing through basic editing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase follower engagement and grow our social media presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media.

• Content Creation and Editing:

  • Produce and edit visual content (photos, videos, graphics) using basic editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, iMovie).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

• Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Prepare reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
