Job Summary
As a Skin Care Derma Expert for E-commerce, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty advice, product recommendations, and services to customers. Your role will involve staying up to date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques, as well as delivering personalized consultations and demonstrations. You will be expected to create a positive and engaging customer experience, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department of our E-commerce platform.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide excellent customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their beauty needs, and offering personalized recommendations.

• Conduct beauty consultations to assess customers' skin type, preferences, and desired outcomes, and provide appropriate product suggestions and application techniques.

• Demonstrate and educate customers on the use and benefits of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance.

• Stay informed about current beauty trends, new product launches, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

• Perform beauty services such as makeup application, skincare consultations, and demonstrations of beauty tools or devices.

• Stay knowledgeable about different makeup techniques, skincare routines, and beauty trends to provide guidance and education to customers.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained for all beauty tools, testers, and workstations.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree is required

• Certification or training in beauty, skincare, or makeup artistry is preferred.

• Proven experience and passion for the beauty industry, including strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and build lasting relationships.

• Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and demonstrate beauty products and techniques to customers.

• Familiarity with beauty-related tools, technologies, and software applications is a plus.
