Position: Site Engineer
Location: India majorly Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Construction Activities: Oversee daily site operations; ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
• Progress Reporting: Document and report project progress, maintaining detailed records and ensuring transparency.
• Construction Recommendations: Provide input and recommendations throughout the construction process to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to establish and achieve project goals, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization) or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of site supervision experience in construction, with a focus on architecture and interior projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Additional Skills: Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
• Estimation and BoQ: Experience in cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Role: Construction / Site Supervisor
• Experience: 2+ years in site supervision, with hands-on experience in architecture and interior projects.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Autocad and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project documentation and reporting.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
