Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Handle customer
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
Prepare and analyze sales reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and organize stock rotations.
Maintain the visual standards of the store, including layout and display.
Ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered to customers.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
