Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
  • Handle customer
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments 
  • Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and organize stock rotations.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the store, including layout and display.
  • Ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered to customers.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
