Job Description

Role:

- Service Engineer lead - maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment. They might be needed to install Mechanical & Electrical equipment diagnosed and resolve the issue.

Required Skills:

1. Analytical thinking skills.

3. Good verbal communication skills.

4. Knowledge of computer operating systems software.

5. Problem-solving skills.

6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a customer or team to resolve Mechanical system problems.

7. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.

8. Being able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and complete tasks within set deadlines.

9. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

10. Ability to talk and sell to customers about new features and upgrades if necessary as part of their job specification.

Responsibility Deliverable:

1. Communicating with the customer to ensure that the services are being delivered effectively.

2. Promptly following up on the service request and providing customer feedback.

3. Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Mechanical equipment or industrial Pump.

4. Explain the new features and suggest upgrades to customers.

5. Providing recommendations about the new features and product improvements.

6. Ordering and restocking materials as needed.

7. Providing a clear customer feedback.

8. Assist in supporting projects.

9. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

10. Writing reports on a regular basis and presenting findings to managers.

11. Excellent active listening and customer service skills.

Educational & Experience Skill:

. Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical field

. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Industrial Pump.

Collaboration with ION Exchange India Limited helped us to complete the full cycle of Water Management - from extracting the underground water to recycle, reusing and reducing water wastage. With IEI, we also provide process chemicals to all major Sugar Mills.

Recently we got associated with Radicon Powerbuild Pvt Ltd, which is a name for reliability and value in the field of Geared Motors, gear pumps, and gearboxes.

Our another new dealership of Howden has put us a step ahead in delivering the whole package of your the industrial need by Howden being at the forefront of engineering fans with the digital solution of monitoring and control.

Bhushan International also has a promising Projects Vertical which has, in the last few years itself, successfully completed a few prestigious projects such as Commissioning 1200KLD STP at IGIMS, Commissioning ETP at RMIRMS, Designing and Constructing sewage pipeline in AIIMS Patna, and various other inter - disciplinary Government and CSR Projects of organisations of repute.

With development in the industrial scenario in the state, we have also been able to make ourselves available to our customers for round the clock availability with our robust service team and branch offices.
