Summary:
We are
seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator with
expertise in vendor coordination to join our team. This role is pivotal in
managing relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth service delivery, and
maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will
excel in communication, organization, and problem-solving, with a strong
ability to manage multiple vendor relationships effectively.
Key
Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination:- Manage and maintain
relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors to
schedule services, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of
contracts.
- Evaluate and select vendors
based on performance, cost, and quality criteria.
- Address and resolve any
issues or discrepancies related to vendor services or products.
Service Management:- Oversee the scheduling and
execution of services provided by vendors, ensuring adherence to service
agreements and company standards.
- Monitor and track service
requests and vendor performance, ensuring all tasks are completed as per
client specifications.
- Facilitate communication
between vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service
delivery.
Client Interaction:- Act as the primary point of
contact for clients regarding vendor-related inquiries and service
issues.
- Provide regular updates to
clients on service status and vendor performance.
- Address client concerns and
feedback promptly and effectively, working with vendors to resolve any
issues.
Administrative Tasks:- Maintain accurate records
of vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and process
vendor-related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and
service reports.
- Ensure compliance with
company policies, vendor agreements, and industry regulations.
Issue Resolution:- Identify and address any
problems or delays related to vendor services.
- Implement corrective
actions and process improvements to enhance vendor performance and
service quality.
- Conduct regular reviews of
vendor performance and service delivery to ensure continuous improvement.
Data Management:- Utilize vendor management
systems or CRM tools to track service requests, vendor interactions, and
performance data.
- Analyze data to identify
trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions regarding vendor
management.
Process Improvement:- Recommend and implement
improvements to vendor coordination processes to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal
teams to optimize service delivery and vendor management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any
field.
- Proven experience in service
coordination or vendor management, ideally with a focus on service
delivery.
- Strong organizational and
multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendor
relationships and service requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with vendor
management software or CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving
abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively
both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific
industry-related vendor coordination role (e.g., IT services, facilities
management) is a plus.
- Knowledge of vendor
management principles and best practices.

Compensation:
Salary package between Rs.15000/- to Rs.18000/-
