Summary: Votiko is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility. You will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to ensure that our website meets best practices for SEO optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Perform keyword research, analysis, and tracking to identify new opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms.
Create high-quality backlinks through outreach and collaboration.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into blogs, articles, and other content.
Track competitors' strategies and analyze their performance for continuous improvements.
Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance and strategy outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (1+ year) in SEO or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
Basic knowledge of PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
