Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
2. Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies (meta tags, titles, descriptions, header tags, etc.).
3. Optimize content for search engines and users.
4. Build high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
5. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
7. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content.
8. Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.
9. Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
10. Report monthly SEO progress and recommendations.
Requirements:
1. 1+ year of experience in SEO.
2. Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3. Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.
4. Strong understanding of Google algorithms and guidelines.
5. Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Google Analytics certification.
2. Experience with content management systems (CMS).
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Familiarity with social media marketing.
