Job Description:
The Artistic Company is seeking an SEO Specialist well-experienced in managing the Search Engine Optimization responsibilities of client websites. The role will be responsible for the planning and execution of SEO objectives.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance rankings and traffic. Stay updated on trends and algorithm changes.
Keyword Research: Identify high-traffic, relevant keywords, and analyze competitor strategies.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize content, meta tags, and images to boost visibility and align with target keywords.
Off-Page Optimization: Execute link-building strategies and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators for SEO-friendly content and provide optimization guidelines.
Website Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance and generate reports.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align SEO with digital marketing strategies (including ad campaigns, social media, PPC).
Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits, optimize structure, schema, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
Local SEO: Manage Google My Business listings and enhance local search visibility.
Ad Campaigns: Integrate SEO strategies with paid ad campaigns and refine them for better ROI.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly update SEO strategies, perform A/B testing, and track performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, and PPC.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of website analytics and the ability to interpret data.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with other departments.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Proactive and able to take initiative.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
