Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Chatbot that involves designing, coding the chatbot's logic, integration, and testing.
Performance testing using the metrics, such as error rate, response time, retention, and conversion rates, and use them to improve your chatbot.
Technical analysis and documentation.

Technical skills

Familiar using the third-party platform such as Cognigy or similar, if not familiar with Cognigy then candidate should be willing to learn Cognigy.
Good hands-on in Python and JavaScript programming
Good hands-on in Excel for data manipulation or reports generation.
Able to understand and handle REST APIs
Experienced with JSON Schema
Hands-on with Git & Github
Familiar with Jira and Confluence
HTML and CSS

Other skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Familiar with Agile methodology or have worked in Agile team setup
Insurance domain knowledge would be an advantage, Willingness to learn new tools and technology.
