Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
5 years of Windows server, Active Directory, and storage engineering and patch management. Windows server experience including clustering as well as infrastructure service management DHCP, DNS, Terminal Services, SQL Server installation, etc.
Recent experience administering VMWare and administering/provisioning Dell EMC storage systems.
Knowledge of AWS Services (EC2, ELB, EKS, ECS, Elastic Cache Cluster, Kinesis, AutoScaling, SNS, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloud Formation, Cloud Front, IAM with Cross account policies, AWS CLI)
Familiarity with system monitoring, troubleshooting using SolarWinds/Site24x7, and server patching Windows servers using WSUS.
Knowledge of one or more of the tools Infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestrations (Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes)
Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, or C#. Some experience with Powershell is a plus.
Linux/Unix administration and BASH scripting is a plus.
