Senior Relationship Officer - Microfinance - Experience in microfinance
Grade & Designation: Relationship officer , Senior Relationship Officer
Salary: 20K NTH to 23K NTH

Variable incentives (performance-based), medical insurance, personal accident coverage, term life coverage, fuel reimbursement.
2nd and 4th Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met

Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns

Offer personalized financial advice and guidance to customers

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer service

Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to customers

Prepare and present reports on customer relationships and sales performance

Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of financial products and services

Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
