Key Responsibilities

4. Team Supervision
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering their growth and development.
Assign tasks, review work, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Maintain knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materiality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus.
