Job Description: Senior Developer
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Laravel, Next.js, React.js, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API Creation and Integration. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in web development and a strong ability to deliver high-quality code efficiently. This role requires an individual who can work independently, contribute to team success, and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and provide technical insights.
Responsibilities

Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Laravel, Next.js, React.js, and other modern technologies.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and insights into web development projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their business needs.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between different systems and applications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively contribute ideas to improve development processes and methodologies.
Mentoring: Assist junior developers by providing guidance, technical support, and code reviews to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio of live projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Laravel, Next.js, React.js, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API Creation and Integration.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
