Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)

Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Associate - Digital Marketing with at least 2 - 4 years of experience to join our fast-paced marketing team. As a Senior Associate - Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital strategies to strengthen our online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to our website.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing activities using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Create and optimize content for website and social media channels to engage our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with web analytics tools and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Working hours: Fixed Day Shift (10:00 am to 7:00pm)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
