Job Title: Senior AR Caller

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST

Mode of Work: Work From Office

Work Location: Chennai - Valasaravakkam

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of medical billing practices, particularly in surgical specialties.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance guidelines and the appeals process for surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with the healthcare reimbursement process and payer contracts.

Role & responsibilities:

• Candidates should have experience in AR Calling, denial management, Web Portals, and Denial Claims!
• Follow up with the payer to check on the claim status.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resubmitting claims as necessary, and appealing claim denials when appropriate.
