Perform LMS administrative tasks; these include (but are not limited to)
• Manage users (Add, Delete, Modify)
• Manage user enrollment
• Setup learning environment (Branding, email templates, etc.)
• Run ad-hoc reports, and setup recurring reports as required
• Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire)
• Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management, badges)
• Liaison with other stakeholders and participate in learning strategy rollout
• Advise authors on managing learning objects
• Assist with integration of Prime into 3rd party solutions, headless LMS integrations and more
• Liaison with Adobe internal stakeholders to discuss potential enhancement requests
• Demonstrate expertise and provide advisory service on the setup and management of LMSes
