We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with specific expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST),Tax Deducted at Source (TDS),Income Tax Returns (ITR),and auditing processes.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.

• Tax Compliance:

  • Manage GST compliance, including return preparation and filing.
  • Ensure timely TDS filing and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.

• Auditing:

  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies.

• Account Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior accountants and support staff in accounting best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum accounting experience, with a focus on GST, TDS, ITR, and auditing.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
