Responsibilities:
1.Customer Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
2.Sales Presentations:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer concerns to secure deals.
3.Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics.
4.Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results.
5.Quota Achievement:
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.
6.Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
7.Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
8.Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer journey.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 1 years in B2C / B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets , or Fresher In MBA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Must Have Bike with Valid License , Must Have Minimum 2 years of B2C Sales Experience
