Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Organic Traffic: Measure the total volume of visitors coming to the website from search engines without paid advertising. This can be broken down by specific search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) and by device (desktop, mobile)
2. Keyword Rankings: Track the positions of targeted keywords in search engine results pages (SERPs) to gauge visibility and progress in improving rankings over time
3. Click-Through Rate (CTR): Monitor the percentage of users who click on your website's link in search results compared to the total number of impressions. Improving CTR indicates that your titles and meta descriptions are effectively enticing users to click
4. Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or filling out a contact form, after arriving via organic search
5. Bounce Rate: Evaluate the percentage of visitors who navigate away from the website after viewing only one page. High bounce rates can indicate poor user experience or irrelevant content.
6. Return on Investment (ROI): Assess the effectiveness of SEO efforts by comparing the revenue generated from organic traffic with the costs associated with SEO campaigns, including personnel, tools, and other expenses
7. Organic Share of Voice: Analyze the percentage of total impressions in search results that your website receives compared to competitors for targeted keywords
