Team member with 8-10 years of strong configuration experience in SAP HCM - PA, OM, Time management, Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration. Ability to analyze existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and modify according to business requirements. Configuring and supporting ESS/MSS portal, year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4/T4A/W2) and testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections. Excellent understanding of SAP HCM submodules and integration between various SAP modules. Experience in gathering & understanding business requirements. Guiding technical consultants for implementation of business logics. Providing functional support for incidents in HCM SAP landscape to IT groups and business users. Recommending and delivering business solutions based on HR requirements. Providing knowledge transfer and coaching to other SAP Functional Analysts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and possible solutions evaluation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple and diverse projects and priorities concurrently with tight timelines. Experience with implementing SuccessFactors modules, S/4HANA is an asset.
