Assisting Sample Manager in daily dispatch of Samples to Customers through courier services maintain documentation i.e.: Inward & Outward files in Register & Word Excel.

Work location is Grant Road East, Mumbai. The candidate should be very well versed in written English as he should be confident enough to communicate with overseas customers though emails.

Handling of emails and phone calls relating to sample, stock, price and

product requests including timely and courteous replies. Being able to

find alternatives and solutions.

A can do attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an

excellent service will be key assets.
