Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a commission-based structure, focusing on selling our ERP application to schools. The successful candidate will target school principals and administrators, presenting our ERP solution as a tool to streamline their operations. This role offers high earning potential with no cap on commissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, including school principals and administrators, through various means such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct thorough demonstrations of our ERP application, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to the needs of schools.
- Sales Negotiation: Engage in sales negotiations, addressing client concerns, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market demands to strategically position our ERP solution.
- Sales Documentation: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using a CRM system.
Qualifications:- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector or software industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with a focus on achieving sales targets.
