Role – Sales Trainee
Location – Bhopal, MP (On–site)
Qualification – B.Sc. / M.Sc. in agriculture
States or Languages Required: Marathi , Kannada, ati, Chhattisgarhi, Jammu, Rajasthani, Assamese, Mizoram, Tamil, Telugu, Uttarakhand, Himachali(Proficiency in either English or Hindi is mandatory)
Job description –
1. Contact with Farmers identify and address their concerns effectively
2. Provide expert guidance on tailored solutions, recommending our products for optimal usage.
3.Proactively anticipate future customer needs based on crop lifecycles.
4. Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
5. Cultivate repeat business from existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
6. Elevate existing customers to key accounts through strategic engagement.
7. Ensure accurate and updated customer data management within CRM software.
8. Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
9. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
