Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Planning:
Conduct market research to discover potential customers, market trends, and competitors’ strategies. Create strategic sales plans to maximise sales.
Sales Execution:
Implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales. Promote the brand and products through campaigns and activities.
Customer Relations Management:
Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback. Establish rapport with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management and Order Processing:
Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely product delivery. Manage inventory levels with supply chain and logistic teams.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate sales reports to analyse performance against targets. Identify improvement areas and suggest corrective actions to enhance sales effectiveness.
