Job Description
He will be responsible for –
Ø Supervising the working of the distributors
Ø Controlling a team of PSRs
Ø Ensuring distribution in his assigned territory and achieve the sales targets from his area
Ø Daily reporting and tracking of sales to these customers
Ø Implementation of schemes and ensuring commercial controls at distributor point
Ø Ensuring execution of market activities
Ø Prepare daily and monthly reports and conduct market surveys for wheat products
Ø Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
Ø Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Ø Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ø Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Ø Provide sales support and guidance to customers.
