Fargo Brushware Company jobs - Sales/Marketing Field Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Field Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products of paint brushes and paint rollers to paint and hardware dealers/shops throughout the city. The role requires frequent travel within the city, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1). Sales and Promotion:

  a). Visit paint and hardware dealers/shops daily to promote our products.

  b). Demonstrate and present product features and benefits to potential customers.

2). Customer Relationship Management:

  a). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  b). Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

  c). Gather feedback from customers and report to the management.

3). Sales Strategy and Planning:

  a). Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

  b). Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

4). Qualifications and Skills:

  a). Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration, or related field.

  b). Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the paint or hardware industry.

  c). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  d). Valid driver’s license with own conveyance (2 wheeler only).
