Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to promote the products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product samples.

4. Event Planning and Execution:
- Organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, beauty fairs, in-store promotions, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

5. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, beauty salons, and other partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers and beauty professionals for offline marketing activities.

6. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to refine marketing strategies.

7. Brand Representation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the brand.
- Train and oversee brand promoters and field marketing teams.

8. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for offline marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities against set objectives.

9. Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve future marketing efforts.
