Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Marketing Executive in Kolkata. Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients within the electronics and kitchen equipment sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients such as hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Present product offerings and demonstrate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience with in any one of below category laundry machines(or) Finishing Equipements(or) Kitchen Equipment for B2B,
• Strong background in B2B sales, particularly with large commercial clients.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and market research experience
• Valid Driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Age between 25 to 35 years.
• Strong understanding of regional markets in Kolkata
• Proactive, self-driven, and goal oriented.
