Requirements:
Should have knowledge of air/sea freight forwarding in logistics, able to deliver prompt replies or queries.
Should possess good communication skills, computer skills, email communication skills.
Should have fluent English optional other languages too.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Identify and target potential customers and generate leads
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
